  I visited the Swindon branch today hoping to get some photographs copied. My beloved dog had just died and I wanted some copies of photos etc.to give to my family. The employee,I think named Ross was finishing serving a customer, then pleasantly greeted me. He then served me and noticed the sensitivity of the pictures. we chatted and can I say, he was so sweet and kind? He produced a fair number of copies, different sizes etc.
  He was efficient and professional. I thanked him very much for his help.
  I felt uplifted to be served so well. I wanted to pass on my appreciation which I did, to the Manager/ Deputy who was on the floor .This may seem insignificant ,but it just lifted my spirit. He is a credit to himself and to your company.
